Caffe Inc. is op zoek naar een Procesoperator die kan ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse productie van onze koffie-ingrediënten en ervoor kan zorgen dat deze ingrediënten van marktconforme kwaliteit zijn. De operator zal alle voorkomende proces- en productieactiviteiten uitvoeren. Daarnaast is de procesoperator verantwoordelijk voor het reinigen en onderhouden van de machines. Dagelijkse aanwezigheid op de productielocatie in Amsterdam is vereist.

Ons uiteindelijke doel is om ‘s werelds grootste bioraffinaderij voor koffieafval te worden. Het koffieafval wordt gebruikt als grondstof om mooie ingrediënten terug te winnen die passen bij een bewuste levensstijl. Wij produceren voornamelijk koffieolie voor de personal care-industrie en koffieblokken voor de biobased industrie. We hebben een R&D-pijplijn die innovatieve koffie kleurstoffen bevat. We gaan een spannende fase in waarin we bij Upscale Phase de productie opstarten om koffie-ingrediënten terug te winnen en daarom breiden we ons team uit. Ben jij er klaar voor om je aan te sluiten bij de koffierevolutie en een positieve verandering teweeg te brengen?
Verantwoordelijkheden
· Dagelijkse verwerking van koffieafval tot olie en blokken.
· Het bedienen van productiemachines.
· Verpakken van producten op locatie voor diverse klanten.
· Reiniging van de diverse apparatuur na gebruik en productiehal.
· Helpen met onderhoud van apparatuur.
· Het implementeren en borgen van zaken op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid, milieu en kwaliteit (VGM).
· Hij/zij is bekend met voedselveiligheid of bereid om hierin een cursus te volgen.
· Rapporterend aan de Operationeel Plant Manager.
Profiel
Ben je enthousiast over deze rol? Wij zoeken iemand met het volgende profiel:
• Je hebt bij voorkeur aantoonbare ervaring (+1 jaar) in het werken in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie.
• Je bent hands-on en hebt technische kennis van het bedienen van machines.
• Momenteel woon je in Nederland in de Randstad.
• Taal: Engels goed, Nederlands is een pluspunt.
• Je hebt de flexibiliteit om 8 uur te werken tussen 07:00-19:00 uur.

Caffe Inc. is looking for a Process Operator that can support with the day-to-day production of our coffee ingredients and ensure that these ingredients are of market acceptable quality. The operator will carry all the common process and production activities. In addition, the process operator is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the machines. Daily presence at the production plant located in Amsterdam is required.

Responsibilities
· Day to day processing of coffee waste into oil and blocks.
· Running production machines.
· Packaging of ingredients at the site to various customers.
· Cleaning of the various equipment after usage and production hall.
· Helping with basic maintenance of equipment.
· Implementing and safeguarding matters relating to safety, health, environment and quality (SHE).
· He /she is familiar with food safety or ready to take course on it.
· Reporting to the Operational Plant Manager.
Profile
Are you excited about the role? We are looking for someone with the following profile:
• You have demonstrable experience (+1 years) in working in the food industry.
• You are hands-on and have technical knowledge on running machines.
• Currently you live in the Netherlands in the Randstad area.
• Language: English good, Dutch is a plus.
• You have flexibility of working 8 hours between 07:00-19:00.
