Our focus is on producing eco-friendly, coffee oil-derived ingredients for the personal care industry, with applications in skincare and haircare. In addition, our R&D pipeline includes innovative, high-performance coffee-based actives, enabling us to continuously push the boundaries of sustainable cosmetic science.

Role description
Development and testing of coffee-based cosmetic actives, including formulation, stability, and application in skin and hair care products, as well as supporting formulation guidance for cosmetic customers.
- Develop application prototypes and prepare formulation/application sheets for customers.
- Troubleshoot formulation challenges and improve stability, texture, and performance.
- Develop application prototypes and prepare formulation/application sheets for customers.
- Perform physico-chemical analysis (viscosity, pH, stability, etc.).
- Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and present results.
Profile - Student in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Materials Science, Cosmetic Science, or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience or strong interest in cosmetic formulation and wet chemistry.
- Basic knowledge of organic chemistry and analytical testing.
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic R&D environment.
