About us
Hello, we are Caffe Inc. We produce upcycled ingredients from coffee waste collected all around Amsterdam! We mainly produce coffee oil for the personal care and food industries, and coffee blocks for the biobased materials industry. We have an R&D pipeline that includes innovative coffee colorants. Our goal is a world without coffee waste, from the grounds up!

Role description
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Marketing & Sales Intern who enjoys combining creativity with commercial thinking.

In this role, you will help strengthen the connection between our marketing and sales activities. You will support the creation of marketing content, help identify new market opportunities and contribute to building a stronger commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and creating content for our social media channels.
• Supporting website updates and marketing campaigns.
• Conducting market research and competitor analyses.
• Identifying potential customers, distributors and industry partners.
• Supporting lead generation and sales outreach activities.
• Helping translate sales insights into marketing opportunities and vice versa.
• Assisting in the preparation of presentations, trade fairs and commercial materials.
• Contributing ideas to improve our visibility, lead generation and customer engagement.

Profile
• Enrolled as a student in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Economics, International Business, Sustainability or a related field, eligible for an internship.
• Interested in both marketing and sales
• Analytical thinker who enjoys market research and identifying opportunities
• Creative and proactive, with a hands-on mentality
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a startup environment.
• Not afraid to make directional changes and new suggestions.
• Proficiency in Dutch is not a requirement
